As I post about fashion, this time I would like to post about baking. So now I am going to post about the favorite of everyone ----> Chocolate Moist Cake. The last time I can remember, I baked this cake for at least 4 to 5 times in 4 month. Pretty awesome right? Now let us see the step to make Chocolate Moist Cake.
Ingredients:
1. 3 eggs ( Gred A )
2. 1 tin of creamer milk
3. 1 teaspoon of Chocolate Emulco
4. 1 teaspoon of essence vanilla flavour
5. 1 1/2 butter (250 g and 125 g)
6. 2 cup of caster sugar
7. 1 cup of cocoa powder (filter first)
8. 2 cup of flour (filter first)
9. 1 teaspoon of baking powder and bicarbonate of soda
Step by step:
1. Put butter in a pot.. Turn on the stoves with a medium heat until the butter is melted..
2. Then add milk. Stirring well with the melted butter.
3. Then enter the caster sugar. Stirring again.
4. Add essence vanilla flavor and chocolate emulco. Stir the ingredient until smooth. Turn of the heat. Transfer the batter into a bowl.
5. On the other bowl, whisk the egg until it become expand. No need to whisk harder.
6. Pour the egg into the batter bit by bit. Stir until smooth.
7. After that, enter the ingredient that have been filter into the bowl (flour + cocoa powder + baking powder + bicarbonate of soda) bit by bit. Stir the ingredient until all the ingredient blend it smoothly.
8. Grease the baking sheet with butter. Put the batter into the baking sheet.
9. Cover the baking sheet with the aluminium foil to avoid water heat from steamer. Steam at least 1 hour with medium heat.
10. To do the chocolate ganache, use the double boiler. (Dark Chocolate 300 g, after that 150 ml whipping cream and 1 tablespoon of butter), stir until smoothly.
11. Pour the chocolate ganache into the cake. Do your own design.
